On the evening of December 3rd, the School of Automation held a grand welcome party with the theme of "Stars Lighting a New Journey, Empowering the Future " in the auditorium of the Sipailou campus. With the theme of "Defining Ourselves", the party showcased theenergy and talents of the faculty and students of the school through a variety of programs.
The evening kicked off with a passionate band performance. Mr. Jin Lizuo, the Party Secretary of the School of Automation, delivered a speech, extending warm greetings and high expectations to all the teachers and students. The entire evening was divided into three chapters: "Stars of SEU", "In the Prime of Life", "Toward a New Beginning", and included various forms such as songs, dances, instrumental performances, and magic shows.There were both heartfelt performances of classic songs and energetic joint performances by faculty members and students, creating a lively atmosphere.
During the event, the college commended the athlete team that achieved a historic breakthrough in the school sports meeting, the graduate student party branch that was awarded the title of "Top Ten" at the school level, and the teacher team that has long served the national polar scientific research cause, highlighting the spirit of unity, hard work, dedication and responsibilitydemonstrated by members of the School of Automation. The raffle also added laughter and joy to the scene.
Finally, the party came to a successful close amid the applause of all the performers and the audience. This event not only enriched the campus cultural life, but also furtherstrengthened the sense of unity and belonging within thecollege. All the teachers and students of the School of Automation will join hands to embark on a new journey withgreater enthusiasm and determination.
